White tea is touted to have more anti-oxidant qualities than green teas.
Silver needle has a mild, delicate, and yet, distinct flavor that is
enjoyed by my tea enthusiast.
This elegant white tea is made up
of all silver buds, with a very downy texture and a fresh soft aroma.
The steeped cup of tea is bright, light, sweet, with a hint of a spicy
note and a soft subtle silkiness. This is a wonderful example of
Silver Needles white tea.
The handpicked well-formed downy
needles have a crisp, fresh fragrance in the dry leaf and brew a clear
golden liquor with characteristic Ceylonese aroma, delicate but full
flavor and a nice finish. Steep with the water temperature well below
boiling, infusing one to three minutes.

We encourage you to experiment with steeping times and quantity of tea leaves used per brew to discover your perfect soothing cup of tea. We recommend warming up you teapot and cups before serving to retain the warmth of your tea while sipping. Start by pouring hot water into your teapot and cups, let sit and then drain completely before serving your hot tea. Prepare Herbescent loose leaf teas & botanical's by using accessories to properly brew loose leaf tea like a teapot with a tea basket strainer, draw string tea filters, stainless steel infuser baskets or traditional brewing methods.
